Rebounding is an ultra-low-impact, full-body form of exercise which consists in bouncing up and down on a mini trampoline, also called a rebounder. It is the only exercise which simultaneously firms, detoxifies and strengthens every one of the body’s trillions of cells. This ‘anti-gravity’ form of exercise has been studied by no less than the National Aeronautical Space Administration (N.A.S.A) in its search for optimal conditioning and found to be more aerobically efficient (68% to be exact) than jogging!  This 1979 N.A.S.A study has even confirmed that “rebound exercise is the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by men” [Journal of Applied Physiology 49(5): 881-887, 1980].
